beginner photographer new to song

Hello I am new to Sony, I got into this hobby about a year ago when a family member gave me a cannon rebel t3. Living on the shore of Lake Superior it did take long for me to get hooked. Last week I upgraded to the A6000 with the dual lens kit. The kit was on sale for 699 and they gave me 102 for the cannon I'm happy with this price as I'm a college student and didn't think I would be able to get this much camera in my budget! Im still getting used to the camera but so far I love it. I'm going to start exploring Lightroom while I have the 3 months free, I've never used editing software in the past!  Here is unedited RAW sh to from the Minnesota state fair the first day I had the camera.

Without editing your pictures are enough sharp and clear. Good composition. Your camera work great so, I think, kit is not that necessary for now. You would rather explore Lightroom.
