Timing

First, I apologize for my bad English.

I have a Sony A7Rii, and I would like to make some pictures with a perfect timing.
I have a trigger box that triggers the camera when a light beam is broken.
This works well, except that the camera is not equal to activating the shutter. There may be some ms different. I have set "Live View Display" to "setting effect On". Is there anything else you can change to make the camera more accurate?

If you have auto-focus enabled, the camera takes a "Pre Focus Time", which may not be predictable. This supplier of a trigger box recommends setting Manual Focus mode for high-speed (or low-latency, for that matter) photography.
