A7riii P mode hand-held twilight??

I've read in David Bush's guide that feature such as night portrait or hand-held twilight mode (which I use frequently on my a6500) are waiting in the background when in Program mode and the A7riii 'automatically' uses scene evaluation to decide what mode to apply. Has anyone figured out how to go about 'forcing' something like hand-held twilight on the A7riii? I played around with low-light shooting the other night but I just got one high ISO image (12,800) rather than multi images stacked like my a6500 gives me. I wish Sony would make these actively available on the A7riii.
