Exif Data

I am using a Nex-C3  camera with a Canon EF 50mm f1.8 II Lens and a Commlite EF-NEX adapter.

 

When i uploaded my photos to Flickr most of the Exif data (aperture, shutter etc) was correct except for Lens it says -

 

DT 0mm F0 SAM

 

What does this stand for and is there a way to bulk change the info?

You can try EXIFTOOL to do bulk changes. Its very powerful.

I get that data when I use a non native lens that doesn't electronically communicate to the camera.

What does this stand for ....?

   

Common to all brands of cameras 

it means non-communicating lens, 

usually a lens that requires setting 

"shoot without lens" in the menu.
