Made the jump but have an issue

So made the jump from Canon to Sony with the A3R3 and a Metabones MkV adapter. Done a firmware update on the metabones (from 57 to 58) and ticked a few boxes like at on other lenses and park focus when switching off, now touch focus is working on all lenses in video and touch focus move for images but on one of the lenses Sigma 150 to 600 sport occasionally I'm getting what looks like the shutter in the top 1/4 of the screen on some images! Any ideas what's going on?

Ok so for anyone having the same issue turning off electronic curtain resolves this issue. :-)
