Front and back control dial

I see that I can not assign anything for both control dials. How come? I want to use control dials to control the aperture and iso in A mode but there are no options.

With my α9, the front and rear dials can be used in shooting mode to change Aperture or Shutter speed via settings in the menu.

When ISO is selected on the control wheel I can use both front and rear dial to change the value.

 

Basically you have to tell the camera what you want to adjust then use the dials.

 

Press ISO and change the value, without knowing what camera you are using it’s hard to provide further info.

I already set the control wheel for iso but both dials control the only aperture in A mode. I dont see any options to assign features to dials.

If you want control over both Aperture and Shutter then you need to not use A or S. Switch to Program Auto or Manual mode and the dials will work the way you want. If you change the Aperture the Shutter speed will change in A mode and vice-versa in S.

I told you that there are no options to assign dials to control iso.
