Getting weird shapes on my photos

Hello,

I've been using my a7r II for one and a half year now and I recently noticed something in my photos. I checked my sensor and there is no visible dirt on it.

Doesn't look like dead pixels but I don't know what I should do.

Looks like pollen in the second photo...

I had a not too dissimilar issue - sensor also looked clean - but a professional clean did the trick.

Shine a light ACROSS the sensor at a LOW angle as if trying to create a long shadow. You'll see things you missed before and it doesn't take anything large to create a glitch in the photo. I seldom remove a lens yet stuff still falls on the sensor from being trapped in the body cavity even after a thorough cleaning.
