Capture still RAW and simultaneously record video

I have a question that someone may have an answer to. Can a Sony A9 continuously record video (e.g. 4K) to the SD-card or through an Atomos HDMI recorder and still allow full resolution raw capture of still images? I want to be able to shoot stills with hight quality in the middle of shooting a film. I cannot find anything of this topic. In theory the HDMI out should be able to recorded continuously by the Atomos and still allow the camera to capture 20fps RAW.
