How to remove a7s hdmi port doors?

My XHA1s cleverly had a way to do this with the ability to replace them without damage but I haven't found a safe way to remove them off the Sony without rendering them non-remountable where they'd actual stay attached. Here's what your up against to access them...

Reviving this thread as I found a solution!

You can prise the door out at the hinge with something small and sharp. i have posted a video here 

 

I think they'll be able to be put back in later this way too. 

 

Loving them not being there when using my cage!!!

Pretty much the way they're all configured but my Canon is more forgiving about replacement. I can't envision too many remove/replace cycles before the nubs wear down and the thing falls out never to be seen again and forget about getting replacements from Sony. Actually, it wouldn't be a bad idea to get replacements now WHEN, not if, that eventuality happens so you're not waiting around 2 months while the camera gets all kinds of gunk in the unprotected ports. That's why I've learned to live with aggravation.
