ghost or phenomenon

when I took this photo the weather was excellent ... there was no moisture there was no smoke ... I was alone ... but when I saw  the photo in my pc I couldn't  believe in my eyes .... What if I wasn't alone .. what was there in the dark? a ghost? a soul? .... Pay close attention and you will see something like a smoke but if you'll see more carefully it looks like a body with head and arm ...where the sketch is it was my model and I took this photo with a flash.....The place of the photo was a church yard.....

 

If anybody can tell me what could this be please let me know

That white stick figure does look pretty scary.

I'm with Golem, it's a reflection off something from the flash. You would have a much more intriguing photo if the "aberration"  was behind the trees. This photo suggests there was something very close to or on the camera thus out of focus. You can even see a couple of "bokeh" balls in the questioned area.
