I recently purchased a brand new A6300 from BestBuy.  Today I started using it and everything seems to be fine EXCEPT that the popup flash - pops up - but DOESN'T fire.  I've tried several setting as well as auto (P, A, S etc.) - still no flash.  

Anyone have any ideas of either what I may be doing wrong or is the camera defective?

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
