ALPHA 6300 Raw+ Extra Fine JPEG

Hello

I read a lot about the advantages, disadvantages and properties about working with RAW & JPEG fine and JPEG extra fine.

I am sure I know "almost" all about it.

 

I have one very simple question.

Can the ALPHA 6300 shoot pictures in RAW and Extra Fine JPEG at the same time? and if YES... How? (setup)

Pretty sure it shoots 'normal' fine,

not extra, when set to raw + jpeg.

 

The pdf manual is MUCH easier

for finding stuff than reading the

paper version. It's searchable :-)

Golem is correct.  So if you don't intend serious editing in Photoshop, Lightroom or otherwise, you will get highest quality by shooting in jpeg set to extra fine.

Yes I know the manual but I was hoping to find a "back door".

I plan to use Lightroom, but for many hundred photos from holidays I will not do editing of all of them. I will gain experience and decide later.
