Not sure if this is the right section, but I couldn't find a better one.

 

My search for a photo printer that is reasonably sized and priced has boiled down to the 2 models in the title.

 

On paper the Epson is better on everything except B&W prints, and considerably cheaper (220 vs 320€), as well as being multi-function (meaning I won't have to explain my girlfriend why we need 2 printers).

 

The dilemma: browsing around "professional" reviews, they seem to be more in favour of the Canon. Why? That is, in spite of user reviews on major online shops being more slightly more positive for the Epson.


I'm 99% convinced about getting the Epson, but I would appreciate opinions/suggestions/experiences/etc...
