Sensor needs cleaning. I can see another spot in the upper right corner in the first photo and just next to the air vent in the bottom photo. -
Take a photo of a bright monochromatic surface (e.g. sky, white wall) with a very small aperture (F/22 or so). Do you now see clearly defined specks? If yes, there's dust on your sensor. -
Did you - carefully - check for dirt on the sensor?
