November 27Nov 27 Anyone know much about this top dial that popped off on my A7 IV when it was dropped? The dial itself still seems to work perfectly fine but is very difficult to operate. It seems impossible to find this replacement part? I did order one off aliexpress but it was clearly a cheap component that arrived broken in half. Not even sure if it would have worked.Anyone know about finding a replacement or other ideas?

Monday at 02:58 PM4 days Based on the photo it appears the part still on the camera is damaged as well and is unlikely to be fixed by popping a new knob on it. I think you should call a repair shop.
