Good morning everyone. 

Just joined the forum. 

Looking  for a little advice on my alpha a33.

It's got a problem with it when I insert the battery regardless of weather the camera is on or off,all it will do is flash the red light which is supposedly to let you know that the memory card is busy.

This happens regardless of card or not. 

Any suggestions kindly excepted.

Have you tried a different card? Maybe a bad card is making the camera misbehave. 

What about a camera reset?

This can be a sign that the Anti Shake system is defective and won't let the camera power on

Hi thanks for your reply, the card is ok tried it in my other camera

OK thanks for your response. 

So any ideas what the answer is, it keeps coming on now and again ?
