Native ISO?

 With my a7 II full frame, I generally shoot at ISO 100, which I understand is the native ISO for this camera.

But I'd like to do some nighttime photography and understand there is a second, higher, native ISO.

What is it?

If I want to shoot night time shots of the sky, what is the best ISO to shoot at?

The A7ii doesnt have a second gain ISO. It was introduced in A7iii I think.

I think that's correct, but it was also on the A7R III, which preceded the A7 III.
