Does a7iii crop or do windowed mode for 120p at 1080HD?

I found this link saying that a7s ii crops when doing 120p at 1080 but did not see that information in the specs anywhere...

So I don't know how to tell from the specs if the a7iii does this same thing. I don't have a Sony yet but since the the a7iii does 120p in 1080/HD, does it also do this cropping or does it utilize the whole sensor?
