I have a problem with video recordings, the image can be seen, but the audio cannot be heard. Does anyone know why? The video is shot at 4K 50fps with a Sony A7S III

Internal mic or external?

If you've checked all of your settings to make sure everything is as it should be, then maybe try a reset in the toolbox menu.
