Sony a7 iii viewfinder for studio

New member here, hi to all sony users

I recently bought a sony a7iii , yesterday I tried to use it for a studio photoshoot, using studio strobes

The viewfinder was all pitch black ,(it's normal as I had iso 100, F8, shutter 1/160) in my previous canon camera there was the exposure simulation in the menu that I had to turn off to use it for studio, I don't know where is this or what setting should I use in the Sony?
