Sony a7r5 Focus Bracketing Live View Problem

When I shoot in studio using focus bracketing the screen goes dark and live view automatically turns on even though I had it turned off before starting.

I'm shooting at 125th sec, f11 so under studio strobe modeling lights the image in the viewfinder is very dark with live view on. This happens whether I have a strobe connected or not connected. I can't turn live view off while using focus bracket. Very annoying when it comes to focusing properly. I have to put it in one of the other drive modes to get a bright screen with live view off to focus and then put it in focus bracket and hit the shutter. 

I contacted Sony and the engineers are looking at it. I thought maybe somebody on here might have discovered an answer.
