Bought a Sony FX3 Demo model?

Yesterday i bought a used sony FX3. But once I got home I noticed the following, the camera has no serial number on the bottom, and behind the screen is the text "not for sale" so this is probably a demo model used by stores, the camera functions like a normal fx3 but still i was wondering if there is a difference in this compared to a normal FX3 ?

Uncertain if it can get firmware updates, it won't have manufacturer's warranty and certainly won't be serviced by Sony authorized repair shops.

It would need to be at least half price of a 'legitimate' one for me to buy into this bad dream. Could be a pre-release, not fully baked version. Also be aware that it could also be something similar to beta software... Set to stop functioning after a certain date/ period of time used so as not to be confused with a final version. Professionally speaking I'd stay away from it and would never use it on a paid shoot.
