Sony A6000 microphone gain control?

  Hey folks, 

Does anyone know if there is a microphone gain control on the a6000?  The built in audio is not that great.  If I use the Sony shotgun mic the audio clips really badly.  I have looked through all the settings and have not been able to find a gain control.  Is there one?  Also, searching online I have not been able to find anything either.

Following up to my own post. 

I was not able to find a gain control.  Though I was able to find a better microphone that seems to work pretty good.  The Sony EMC-G1.  It sounds much better than the ECM-GZ1M that has the clipping issue.
