Looking for recovery advice for SanDisk Extreme Pro SD Card. Used with A7ii, but is now missing DCIM and MP_ROOT folders.

I shot for two days on vacation with a new SD Extreme Pro card (128GB.) I was able to view the photos through the camera, but when I took the card out and attempted to import into Lightroom on my iPad, it didn't recognize the card. When I put it back in the camera, I could no longer see the photos. I set the card aside, hoping to run a recovery program when I got home. I tried several (Recoverit, Disk Drill, RescuePro) but no luck so far. It appears that the DCIM folder is gone. So is the MP_Root folder.  Attached is a screen shot of the folders I can see. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
