A6000 doesn't show image, only a white screen

Recommended Posts

Something very strange happened. I was shotting when the camera stopped recognize image, just showing a white screen.

I tried to change the iso, the shutter speed and the aperture, but it didn't interfere with the image. Always white.

I also tried to format the card, clean the sensor, change lenses and batteries, reset the settings, but nothing worked.

Anyone have any idea what to do?

thanks

ps: I found strange the mark on the left side of the curtain. I do not know if it has something to do with the problem.

Same thing happened to my NEX-7 this evening. I was shooting normally in aperture priority mode, and suddenly every image was pure white. All the previous images on the card are intact.  I've tried every possible combination of adjustments and nothing changes on the screen and eyepiece. This appears to be an issue in the electronics which control the sensor. It sounds like an expensive fix.
