How to enable focus light on video a7iii?

I have just moved over to video on the a7iii, from shooting just photos, and are having trouble finding out how to focus.

With taking photos the area always lights up, so I know I am in focus, though on video it is just staying grey.  

As an example this is what i mean at 3:10

Any help would be great. Do I not use back button anymore?
