Sony A6600 USB Connection Problem

Hello,

I'm new on this forum. I've had this camera for a while but I wanted to start streaming it with my Blutec capture card. However, I've constantly kept getting an error popping up on my screen saying the same problem "no signal V 1.8". So I tried to do some research and someone tried to insist that I needed switch my USB Connection to an MTP, BUT when I tried to do that on my menu screen it says "This operation or setting not available as follows" Why is it insisting this? Is there a way to fix this or is there no solution at all?
