Sony A7R IV - tethered with Capture One - how powerful laptop

Hi all

I am shooting 99% tethered. I am thinking to buy A7R IV, but I am afraid I can get big lag as files are massive. Is anyone here who is shooting like me with this camera? How powerful machine do you have? I have MacBook pro 13" 2020 16 Gb i5 4 core. I shoot with A7R III and it was OK, but it's almost 20 MP less.

Hi. Bit late on this - But there is not problem with lag. I run a 2019 MBP with the C1 Sony addition and can just keep shooting. I do set the camera to RAW compressed to reduce the file sizes. Research and experience shows that there is no noticeable difference in image quality.
