Have to reset date/time whenever I turn on camera/Photos don't appear in order

I have recently started having two problems with my A7ii:

 

1.   Whenever I turn on the camera, I have to reset the date/time. Usually, I cancel out of this, and fix the date in Lightroom, but this is quite annoying.

2.   The photographs do not appear in the order I took them when reviewing them in camera, and do not appear in order when I import them to Lightroom.

 

Any ideas why these things happen and how to correct these issues?

Concerning No. 1 : There seems to be an issue in some cases with the internal battery when not using a genuine Sony main battery. Try to load the camera fully using the original battery.

I'd agree that it would appear to be a fault with the internal battery going flat. Maybe needs renewed, or as Olaf W suggests that due to another fault it's not being recharged from the main battery

Do you have an owner's manual?  If not, you might be able to find on on-line.  That should have instructions on what to try -- which usually consists of leaving the camera plugged into an AC adapter or with a fully charged battery for 24 hours with the camera OFF.  That should recharge the internal battery -- assuming it can still hold a charge.

Happened to my 7Sii. Lived with it until the entire menu system wonked out and got both fixed at same time in Sony hospital. Has nothing to do with the removable camera battery. The internal capacitor circuit for  D&T isn't doing its job holding a charge on battery swap.
