Moblie Photo backup solution

Hi,

I'm mainly a travel photographer, up to this point I've been carrying around my laptop everywhere I go along with SSD external hard drives for backup. I feel like in 2021 there must be a better; lighter solution to backing up photos on the go.

I currently shoot with an A7iii and my files are stored in RAW/JPEG (backup slot). The new cameras such as the A1 and soon to be announced A7iv offer CF Express card slots. Is it possible to transfer files from SD to CF Express in camera as a backup solution? I'd prefer to continue to use my SSD drives as a backup solution though...is there another option that I'm unaware of?
