I have owned an A7 III for a few years and have yet to use it for videos.  My research tells me that it is excellent for basketball college recruiting videos which I will soon be doing al lot of.  Two questions for you knowledgeable people:

1.  What is the best SD card to use for this?

2.  Is the Sony 70-300 FE 4.5-5.6 G OSS an OK lens to use for this purpose?
