red horizontal lines

Hi Sony Forum

I just purchased a Sony A7siii and did my first test today. Unfortunately i have red horizontal lines on white background. Does anyone know this problem? Or do i have the wrong settings?

 Natural or artificial light conditions? Some electronic lamps cause such issues when using the electronic shutter.

Hi Olaf. Thanks for the input.  Its artificial light from IKEA ? 

 I just tested again and the effect is much more visible shooting in 60 or 120fps. By 24fps its moderate. But the footage would be unusable. I really don't know what to do.

Olaf!!!!! I just did a test with my GH5 with 120fps and it has the same effect!! So i guess its the IKEA light ?

It‘s a common problem, unfortunately, not only with IKEA lights.
