Why my AF transition sometimes not smooth?

my setting: AF transition speed: 3, AF subj shift sensitivity: 3

Really frustrated because when shooting i did't notice and when i open the footage on imac, the footage AF transition so bad.. change focus so fast, not smooth at all

Is that normal? or something wrong ?
