Is the A7iii a good choice for nightclub photography?

I work in nightclubs with an 5D Mark iii and a flash (off camera of course). I photograph people, food, djs, etc.

I want to sell my gear to get an A7iii with a Godox flash VING V860IIS and Godox trigger XproS.

My question is if the A7iii + Godox combo, works as good as a Dslr like the 5D.
