Pink screen and no images taken

I bought a second hand Sony a33 and replaced the battery. Since then I have an issue with a pink screen. I cannot take any pictures, and seems like it switches off when I take a picture. I have to remove the battery to switch it on again. But the pink screen is a serious issue, and phoned around a bit, but no one in SA seems to be able to assist me. Do you maybe have a solution or give me an idea of what might be the issue?

I have the same Problem.

Screen is pink, menue is normal and i can change the settings and programms.
