SONY A7II PROBLEM IMAGE GREEN DOTS MAKES IMAGES UNUSABLE

the problem is not visible while using the camera and i dont know  why is not visble on videos, only in pictures.

i reseted the camera and the  problem presist ill take it to a professional authorized by sony  on monday but would like to know if someone has had this problem before i havent found a similar problem on any forum.

i tryed many lenses ( even knowing that the problem should come from the camera.)

my camera is an A7II  bought it in 2019 new and has a shutter count of 17,300 images.
