carcameraguy
Hi all, I have an issue that I am trying to resolve with my A6600. I filmed the interieur of a car and all looed well on location. But only in the edit did I notice that there was red visible in the thin overexposed sections of the dashboard. (see video grab) They are chrome strips that reflect the light and therefore are always overexposed if you want the rest of the dashboard to look good. I recorded HD internally on the SD card and on an Atomos Ninja via the HDMI out. On both recordings the red is visible. I have no idea how to avoid this. Can anyone point me in the right direction ? And no.....I did not record the Peaking. thanks in advance Welcome, dear visitor! Pieter
Seems like chromatic abberation. Which lens did you use? Some are very prone to this color defect.
LiveShots
It looks like purple fringing, easy to fix in post.
