Night time filters to cut down the effects of light pollution appear to be relatively new ( found one article suggesting the first generally available ones were marketed in 2018). Has anyone had experience with them? How effective are they? The ones from "quality" filter manufacturers seem to cost around £130 for 77mm filter threads or 100mm square. So they appear to be a substantial investment, so real life experiences would be great to hear about, before making a purchase. -
I recently switched from an a6000 to a6500 and the image size for the a6500 (~14-18MB) are substantially larger than the images from my a6000 (~7-9MB) even though both are set to fine JPEG. Both cameras have the same sensor, so I don't understand why the files for the a6500 are twice the size as the a6000. Any thoughts? -
I have Tamron 90mm f2.8 Di VC USD Nikon mount lens which I used with Nikon D5500 previously. Which adapter is best suited to use this lens on Sony A7Rii? And will autofocus work with it? Already searched about Nikon F to Sony E mount adapter. But I just want to be sure for this Tamron-Sony combination. So experts, please guide. -
I've tried for 5 hours now to get the webcam working through Imaging Edge Webcam but so far nothing worked. Just yesterday it worked flawlessly, then I used it to shoot some photos outside and then when I wanted to use it as a webcam again, it didn't work. I'm using a normal micro-USB cable connected to my computer with Ctrl w/ Smartphone off and USB Connection to PC Remote. I installed the software and use OBS to stream it to Discord, Microsoft Teams, etc... Every time I do that (as shown in the picture I attached) it just shows me the Imaging Edge Webcam splash text and not the live view. Can anyone help me? -
