Using Rokinon MF lens on Sony a65 or a77ii

Can I use Aperture Priority mode, set f-stop manually, and camera will select shutter speed and ISO?

 

Of course, Camera body set yo MF.

Ofcourse, that's what Aperture priority mode does... The camera will not know the aperture value of your lens because it lacks electronic contacts, but it will use shutter speed and ISO as variables to get a correct exposure.
