Unable to use SD memory card.can you help me please I have Sony A380

Hi

A lot of SD cards have a little switch on the side which locks the card. This may be slipped to locked?

Also, the card may need formatting. Go to the card section in your menu, scroll down to "format" open that and it will ask you if you want the card formatted, Scroll to yes and click. It takes a few seconds but then your card will be clean and set up to record on your camera.

Many photographers format their cards after they have uploaded their photos to a computer - this reassures them that the SD card is not corrupted.
