A7Vertical Lines = damaged sensor?

Hey guys

Curious about your thoughts on these strange vertical lines appearing on my footage. First you should know that a week before I shot this footage, I had the camera on a tripod shooting an event. When the laser guy was adjusting the lasers it damaged my sensor. You can clearly see the burned pixels in the frame (the blue, pink, and white dots).

I am curious if the vertical lines are also a symptom of this laser damage.

Camera: Sony a7s ii

Lens: Zeiss 55m 1.8

Thanks!

The lines look a little wavy, did you recently wet-clean your sensor?

I have never wet cleaned the sensor. Also the sensor appears to be perfectly clean. here's another screen grab from video.

Nobody wet cleans the sensor in a vertical fashion. Always horizontal. I sometimes wet clean mine and  the squib is dimensioned to go horizontal, not vertical but you have another problem I must point out.

See that blue grouping in your frame? Funky / bad pixels or some other kind of sensor issue.

My 7Sii did this exact thing 3 weeks after I got it but only shooting 4K. Never manifested in 1080. Exchanged it.

This is a 4k video frame, lens cap on. Didn't show on any photos, only 4k video frames. Wet cleaned sensor maybe 8 times since buying camera in Jan 2016. Nary a stripe at all.

Another look and I found yet another anomaly. Something definitely going wonky here, pal.
