ISO comparison between 6000 and 7-III

If I point my 600 and y 7-III at the same point; in Manual mode I setup the A, S and ISO so the needle is at zero.  I assume that the parameters will be the same if I use the 6000 and the 7-III (or 7-II)?  The difference will be that at high ISO the noise of the photo taken with the 6000 will be higher.  Is this correct?   Or will the ISO need to be higher when I use the 6000?

Yes, you're correct. Same exposure settings (aperture, time and ISO) will yield the same exposure, regardless of sensor size.

Just depth of field and noise will differ.
