New Sony A7C - something loose/moving in camera from box

Hi guys,

I am fresh new Sony user, after using Canon's for years. Just got the new A7C and was a bit disappointed after unboxing it. There is an uncomfortable loose feeling and sound when holding/moving the camera. I can feel there is something not completely tight/together... if that makes sense? There is nothing wrong that I can find in terms of functionality its just worrisome since this is brand new and already feels like something is loose inside. Is this normal? Any other A7C users experience this??
