I recently bought two cheap ring adapters for both, my A3000 and a canon film camera, to try a M42 Russian macro lens. The focus on the Canon is perfect but on the Sony I cant focus at all (up close or infinity). Why is this? Im thinking of buying another adapter with a longer distance from the sensor. Will this help?
