AUTO EXPOSURE won't turn off

Hi! I have a problem with my Sony A7R2. The auto-exposure won't turn off. I also cannot control the exposure in any way. It makes no difference when I change the shutter speed, aperture or ISO.

This makes the camera effectively useless. I've tried taking the camera off and on auto exposure, but it's stuck.

What shooting mode are you in, top dial?

Thanks for your response. I've tried all settings and none of them give me any manual control over shutter speed, aperture or ISO.

It sounds like its stuck in P - program mode, or Intelligent Mode
