A6400 LCD viewer freezes in photo mode

Hi guys!

Two months ago bought a new 6400.

Everything is perfect except that today the viewer LCD and small viewfinder started to freeze picture in any photo mode - shutter, aperture, auto, manual. 

When I move the camera it's like trying to switch to mode or overloaded and shows freeze frame.  Maybe I switched on some "feature" or something like that.

Any advices would be appreciated.
