ILikeSonyCameras
Greetings, I'm new to Sony interchangeable lens full frame cameras. I've been using the the A9ii and I am having a great experience. Has anyone else noticed that when shooting on electronic shutter, it's not 100% silent? I have to either be in a quiet place and put my ear on the camera or be very close to it in a dead quiet room, but I can hear the frames firing off. What causes this? Thanks. LiveShots
Sounds could be auto-focus if continuous AF is on or aperture closing if Live View is turned off
ILikeSonyCameras
Thanks for the reply LiveShots. The continuous AF is on and I can hear noises regardless of if Live View is on or off (if I use the viewfinder). I do wonder now if the noises I am hearing are simply from the aperture blades of the lens? It's a 35mm f1.8.
