Audio playback and headphone Jack issues on A7iii

Hi,

I am having audio issues on my A7III. When I plug in my headphones into the headphone Jack, I don’t hear anything. My headphones do work, I tested them. So that is not the issue. On my levels I can see sound coming through. And if I playback the recorded video on my A7III and other videos, I don’t hear anything either. The sound got recorded when I checked it in my computer. So it is something with the audio Jack or maybe something I accidentally turned off. Anyone who can help me?

I have the same problem. I hope there’s a solution.

Same issue here called customer support  told there is no set up or option for headphone they ask me to bring it in  damn

check the volume from camera.  u can adjust volume when u play recorded video from your camera. works for me

had this same problem and just realized that somehow the volume on the camera was set to zero  -- go here: --> look on Menu>Setup>page 1>Volume Settings... if it's a 0 you'll need to raise that up.

 

Such a relief to figure it out - and so frustrated that I wasted so much time on it! ?

We are having the same issue with the Jack. It’s not the volume setting. 
 

Has anyone solved this issue?
