Problem with Sony A7iii

I bought a Sony a7III new from B&H. When I turn it on and off, it makes a clicking noise and the sensor moves around. I returned the camera and got another new a7III and it is doing the same thing! Sony said this is not normal.

Has anyone had this problem? I don't want to keep the camera is this is a common issue! Thank you!

Mine makes a minor electronic sound on start up and power off. 

But nothing I'd ever think isn't normal. 

So if it's loud enough or odd enough to worry you, might have just been unlucky twice.

Sounds like the sensor cleaning cycle, when it tries to shake any dust off the sensor.
