LiveView on A7RIV lacks depth of field- display

After having focused my A7RIV with the back focus button (AF-ON) the EVF doesn't display the depth of field of the image - it is displayed at open aperture, regardless of which aperture I choose. That means no real WYSIWYG, except the brightness, which changes depending on the value of the EV correction dial.

What setting do I have to change in the menue to get real WYSIWYG including depth of field- display?
